Poll-How does having a real grand piano make a beginner learn piano faster than having an electric keyboard?
Posted by admin
I was watching videos on youtube and I heard if someone has a electric keyboard they should buy themselves the real thing a grand piano because they will learn faster & keyboards are not the real sound of pianos.
Electric keyboards have a more tinny sound. Also, you have to apply more pressure on piano keys than on a keyboard, so often if someone learns to play on a keyboard, they will mess up on the piano because they are not used to having to press harder on the keys

the depth of the keys of a keyboard doesnt make the same sound a real piano does
in other words, the keyboard is a recording so playing it is like typing on the computer
every letter is programmed out
