What is the best theory book to use with a beginner piano student?

I used John Thompson's Teach Little Fingers theory and beginner play book – do you have any suggestions for my new students?

For anyone that is serious about learning & putting a in a lot of effort, I think the best piano beginning piano book is

Alfred Basic Piano Course Adult Lesson Books – Level 1

it has exercises and everything & even little ones can use it.
